У меня есть как минимум два сайта wordpress, которые очень непоследовательно выдают различное количество ошибок net::ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM . Когда возникают эти ошибки, количество выдаваемых ошибок сильно варьируется от загрузки страницы к загрузке (или перезагрузке) от, скажем, 4 запросов с этой ошибкой до примерно 60, а иногда и больше (если на странице есть несколько запросов). Фактически затронутые ресурсы / запросы кажутся совершенно случайными и поэтому не оставляют никаких подсказок, откуда они.
Если эти ошибки возникают, их возникновение в основном сохраняется (при простом или жестком обновлении страницы) до перезапуска браузера. Редко они даже остаются после рестарта.
Когда это сбой действительно происходит и браузер / система переходит в это неисправное состояние, эти ошибки также возникают в серверной части WordPress, загружающей базовые файлы, такие как . /wp-includes/js/wp-lists.min.js?ver=5.7 и подобные.
По крайней мере два пользователя сталкивались с таким поведением в Chrome, Opera и Edge при входе и выходе из wordpress. В Opera и Edge у нас не установлены расширения для браузера. Насколько нам известно, у других пользователей никогда не было этой проблемы, хотя некоторые из них заходили на сайт много раз.
Google Chrome returns ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM for Ajax Call
I’m experiencing an issue with Google Chrome 85 that I didn’t seem to have with earlier versions.
I’m triggering an ajax call that uploads a file to get it processed on the webserver. This call is a pretty basic multipart xhr POST request that uploads a file.
For some reason Google Chrome (and Firefox) refuse to accept the response from the webserver. The Chrome Devtools show "(failed)net::ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM" in the Status column for the XHR request. But I have no idea why the browser seems to refuse the stream.
I was able to debug the return & fetch HTTP headers with curl, but I have no idea what is wrong with the return HTTP headers or why Google Chrome (and other browsers) seem to refuse the result.
Any ideas / or suggestions how I can debug these HTTP headers for "validity"? Or some reason why they are refused?

I don’t see anything wrong with the return or request headers and I’m clueless why the XHR call gets blocked by Chrome and gives: "(failed)net::ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM".
Any ideas? Or suggestions where I could debug or validate my request/return headers? Thanks so much!

- Просто перезагрузите ваш компьютер (гаджет). Если ошибка имеет стохастическую природу, то после перезагрузки она исчезнет;
- Установите корректные настройки IP-подключения. Запустите командную строку от имени администратора в Виндовс 7 (или Виндовс 10), и уже в ней поочерёдно введите следующие команды, не забывая нажимать на ввод после каждой из них:

Some (or all) Jira pages fail to render or some actions fail to complete with the error ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM thrown in the browser. Some example of impacted pages or actions are listed below:
- the Jira Dashboard page does not render at all
- when accessing the page ⚙ > Manage Apps page, the page renders partially, but add-ons are not loaded
- when trying to translate a status via the page ⚙ > Issues > Statuses > Translate Statuses (/secure/admin/ViewTranslations.jspa), the error ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM is thrown when clicking on the Update button after adding a translation

Diagnosis

The message «the website is not available» is thrown in the browser along with the error ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM
When collecting a HAR file while replicating the error, we can see the same error ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM along with the HTTP response code 0 associated with the URL that triggered the error (an example of impacted URL can be /secure/admin/ViewTranslations.jspa):
- This indicate that the HTTP request never reached the Jira applications, which means that something between the browser and the Jira application on the network layer blocked that URL and triggered the error thrown in the browser
Cause
Something on the network layer between the browser and the Jira application is blocking an HTTP request. As a result, that HTTP request never reached the Jira application. So far, 2 potential root causes have been identified (listed below):
Root cause 1
If Jira is configured to run behind a reverse proxy or load balancer, then it is possible that the reverse proxy server is causing the issue:
- when using Nginx as a reverse proxy server, having http2 enabled can cause the error ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM, as explained in this stackoverflow discussion
- when using HAProxy as a reverse proxy server, using LibreSSL can cause the error ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM, as explained in this github discussion
To confirm that the problem is coming from the proxy side, try to access Jira while bypassing the proxy configuration as per this documentation. If the problem goes away while bypassing the proxy configuration, then it is an indication that the proxy is causing the issue.
Root cause 2
An incorrect firewall configuration issue can cause the error ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM.
Solution
For Root cause 1
The resolution depends on the situation:
- If you are using an Nginx proxy server:
- try to disable http2 in the Nginx configuration as per this stackoverflow discussion
For Root cause 2
Reach out to your Firewall administrator for assistance, so that they can check on the Firewall side if any HTTP request that was meant for the Jira application is blocked.
