Greetings, i’ve noticed this btexe in my task manager/startup but it’s disabled. I can not access it’s location not see any info about it, only think i can do is click enable which i won’t do. I uninstalled bit torrent but this crap is still there and yes, i have checked c/user/appdata/roaming and it wasn’t there b4 i uninstalled bit torrent. Any tips on how to remove it?

@heh: I guess you can enable btweb.exe, check its location, then disable it.

You can also figure out the location and delete btweb.exe with FreeFixer. btweb.exe should appear under "Autostart shortcut" in the scan result.

Hey mate, it worke, thanks. I didn’t enable the btweb, only downloaded fixer and ran it. For some reason, thing was in my appdata/roaming but when i was there myself, i couldn’t find the file/folder even though i have hidden folders enabled. Would love to scan and see if there really is a hidden folder that was left there by torrent. Some sketchy stuff indeed. Once again, thank you!
