Make sure to renew your membership to keep your account active and to maintain membership benefits, including beta OS releases, advanced app capabilities, technical support, and tools to develop, test, and distribute apps.
Renewing your annual membership
Apple Developer website
If you enrolled on the web, you can opt in to automatic membership renewal by turning on the «Auto-renew» toggle in the “Membership details” section of your account . If you have opted in to automatic renewal, the default credit/debit card associated with your Apple ID will be charged the annual membership fee on your expiration date. Please note, automatic renewal is only available in certain regions.*
Alternatively, you can renew manually starting 30 days before the expiration date of your existing membership or any time after it expires. Your expiration date is available in your account on the Apple Developer website. To renew, sign in to your account with the Apple ID you used to enroll, and click the Renew Membership button. If your membership is still active when you renew, your new membership will activate as soon as your current membership expires and you’ll receive two (2) new Technical Support Incidents (TSIs).
If your membership has already expired when you renew, your renewal will activate once you complete the renewal process and any free apps you had available for download will become available again within 24 hours. Any paid apps you had available for download will become available again after you sign in to App Store Connect and complete your Paid Applications contract. You do not need to resubmit your apps. You will also receive two (2) new TSIs and regain access to any TSIs purchased separately from your Apple Developer Program. Please note that TSIs purchased separately expire one year from the date they were activated.
Apple Developer app
If you enrolled through the Apple Developer app, your membership will automatically renew as an auto-renewable subscription. The default payment method associated with your iTunes and App Store account will be used. If you need to use your organization’s credit card, add it to the Apple ID that’s signed in to your device’s settings. This can be a different Apple ID than the one used to enroll.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and retain access to membership benefits until your membership’s expiration date, which you can view in the Account tab in the Apple Developer app. If you cancel your subscription and want to resubscribe, you can do so at any time for up to one year after your membership expiration date.
Details for organizations
Membership renewal must be done by the Account Holder, who also has the ability to manage the automatic membership renewal. If you’re on an organization’s team, the contact information for the Account Holder can be found in the Membership Information section of your account . For more information on roles, see Program Roles and App Store Connect Roles.
Device list
Thirty days before membership expiration, you’ll have the option to download a copy of your registered test device list and/or opt in to have all devices removed immediately upon expiration if you don’t plan to renew membership.
If you renew your membership, you and any Admins will be given the option to remove registered test devices that you no longer use for development when you first sign in to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles at the start of your new membership year. You can remove specific devices, remove all devices to restore your available device count to 100 per device type, or continue without removing any devices. Once you complete this process, new devices can be added.
Expired memberships
If your Apple Developer Program membership expires, your apps will no longer be available for download and you won’t be able to submit new apps or updates. You’ll lose access to prerelease software, Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, and TSIs. However, your apps will still function for users who have already installed or downloaded them, and you will still have access to App Store Connect and free development resources.
If your Apple Developer Enterprise Program membership expires, your apps will no longer be available for download and they’ll no longer function for those who have already installed or downloaded them. You will, however, still have access to free development resources.
Thirty days before membership expiration, you’ll have the option to download a copy of your registered test device list and/or opt in to have all devices removed immediately upon expiration if you don’t plan to renew membership. If you don’t opt in, all devices will be removed automatically 180 days after membership expiration.
iOS Developer University Program memberships don’t expire.
Can I make changes to my account during the renewal process?
No. Changes to your account, such as transferring your Account Holder role or converting an individual membership to an organization membership, must be made after the renewal process is complete.

Как продлить аккаунт apple developer
Уважаемые, приветствую в данном топике.
Моя ситуация: 21 апреля 2022 закончится моя лицензия разработчика (индивидуальная лицензия физ.лица). Сегодня в App Store Connect мне высветилась плашка с возможностью продлить лицензию и предупреждением, что остался всего месяц.
Зная текущую ситуацию с картами MasterCard и Visa российского разлива и заграничными платежами по данным картам, я уже на стадии нажатия кнопки «Продлить» понимал, что просто так я не оплачу данную лицензию, как сделал это в прошлом году. Но я решил попытать удачу и вбил в форму данные своей карты MasterCard и отправил платеж на обработку. После этого на почту мне пришло стандартное письмо о том, что 2 дня будет обработка, спасибо за заказ всего вам самого наилучшего.
Спустя час пришло письмо с заголовком: Action Required: Order XXXXXX We’re having a problem with your payment.

You can also cancel this order or submit a new order with updated payment information by contacting [email protected]

Судя из письма, Apple говорит, что мой банк не захотел обрабатывать данную операцию, поэтому мне нужно позвонить и сказать им ее обработать.
Я позвонил в банк (у меня Тинькоф): На что мне сказали, что у них даже намека на данную операцию нет (ну и у меня тоже этой операции нет в истории). Они все посмотрели,
но операции или хотя бы запроса на снятие средств не нашли у себя. Лично мое предположение (скорее всего это так и есть) моя санкционная карта да и любая другая карта РФ не способна оплатить лицензию.
Есть ли тут люди которые уже оплачивали лицензию разработчика после наложенных санкций от MC и Виза? Если у кого-то получилось это сделать то поделитесь опытом пожалуйста.
Лично я пока отправил письмо в суппорт, где указал номер заказа и описал невозможность оплатить с карты данный заказ и попросил данные для SWIFT-перевода. Сижу жду.
у вас как-то все смешалось в одну кучу.
карточки америкосских систем выпущенные у нас не обрабатываются больше их процессинговыми центрами. выдается та-же ошибка как при блокировке карты (естественно, сам банк не запрашивается об этом. это функция системы).
что мешает попробовать, пока ничего кроме ожидания не светит.
Спасибо за совет, воспользоваться карточкой МИР. Я конечно попробую и отпишусь по этому поводу, но есть один нюанс:

Может они конечно это окно не обновляли уже несколько лет и на самом деле карты МИР поддерживаются.
Пробовал Райффайзен, не получилось.
Обратился в тех поддержку по поводу карты мир, ответили что используйте другой способ оплаты.
Похоже придется выезжать, и делать карту.
Был вариант сделать удаленно в Казахстане, но со вчерашнего вечера говорят что переводы не проходят.
кто-нибудь пробовал виртуальной картой ? Если да, то какой ?

Писал об этом еще в начале месяца.
Там посмотрите ответы, у кого-то получилось с грузинской карты вроде оплатить, правда пришлось менять имя держателя аккаунта разработчика.
Могут попросить скан паспорта, если имя в акке не совпадает с именем на банковской карте. Я знаю один случай, когда оплатили так вот, из Казахстана, все прошло гладко. Но может и не повезти.
Уважаемые, снова здравствуйте! Спустя 2 с половиной недели удалось продлить лицензию!
Но к сожалению суппорт эпла здесь не причем. Эти ребята меня морозили 2 недели отписками типо: вашей проблемой занимаются, ждите. Они мне до сих пор не ответили после моего последнего обращения, где я записывал для них голосовое сообщение с описанием проблемы (это типо 2 стадия оказания помощи, когда тебе пишет главный помощник и предлагает вместо обычного письма в суппорт перейти на специальную страницу и рассказать, что у тебя не так, а потом ждать когда они смогут решить проблему)
В общем решение:
Я скачал приложение от Apple которое называется Developer — там можно оформить лицензию если у вас ее нет в виде ежегодной подписки (либо продлить), но так как у меня лицензия есть, то у меня не было кнопки «Renew» или «Purchaise» хотя в личном кабинете за месяц до истечения срока подписки тебе активно предлагают ее продлить. А в этом приложении почему-то этого не было. Но . Вот прошло 2 недели от оставшегося месяца и кнопка Renew появилась сама собой, я не знаю может они апдейт накатили или она появляется не за месяц а за 2 недели до конца срока. В общем главное что она появилась. И у меня появилась возможность оплатить через своего мобильного оператора!. Что я сделал:
1) Зашел в учетную запись через настройки и добавил телефон в качестве способа оплаты. Закинул 8990 на свой телефон (поначалу было страшно вдруг не получиться, но зато я бы надолго забыл про оплату своего тарифа связи)
2) Удалил другие способы оплаты
3) Зашел в Developer и нажал кнопку оформить подписку, потом после верификации все купилось и ТУТ ЖЕ обновилось ТУТ ЖЕ посыпались письма благодарности от Apple, что я все еще остаюсь их частью комьюнити и все такое, до этого момента я перепробовал где-то 8 карт (виртуальных, реальных, МИР, Visa, MasterCard ни по одной карте даже намека на списывание денег не было)
Этот метод работает только по тому что есть это приложение, а со смартфона можно платить через мобильного оператора. Надеюсь эту функцию не будут блочить иначе только загран карты причем на ваше имя? иначе проблемы с верификацией транзакции.

Как продлить Apple Developer Program для России?
У меня через неделю заканчивается подписка в Apple Developer Program. Дохода от приложений особо нет, но $100 окупают, а старый аккаунт (более 12 лет) жалко терять, есть планы на новые приложения. Соответственно, вопросы:
1. Если не оплачивать, то приложения удалят из стора или сделают их недоступными?
2. Можно поставить аккаунт на паузу, а потом, как будут новые аппы готовы, запустить его снова?
3. Оплатить сейчас вообще возможно из РФ? Если да, то какими картами/банками?
В дополнение, у меня страница «Продажи и тренды» уже месяца 2 нормально не открывается, только хэдер без данных. С ВПН недавно открывалось, но сейчас и с ним перестало.
