Пуск, Настройка, Панель управления, Свойства Папки. Там вкладка Вид. Находишь галочку "Просто общий доступ к файлам", снимаешь галочку. потом правой кнопокй по нужной папке и вуаля, появляется вкладка безопасность, в которой правами и рулишь. Хотя странно, простой общий доступ должен все сам рулить ;(
