How to Solve Start Failure (Stuck at 59% and 99%)
If you get stuck when launching MEmu, check System Requirement first, and then check the solutions below.
1. Failed to start at the beginning

- Windows OS crashes or power failure makes your MEmu disk image broken.

3. Stuck at 59% or 99% loading page, you need to do the following:
a) Create a New Emulator with Multi-MEmu
Wait until the creation process is finished, then start the emulator.
You can also send the shortcut of the new instance to the desktop for easy access
b) Update the graphics driver

- Install & run 3DP tool, select your discrete graphic card to upgrade
- Click video card to the download page, then click on Driver download.
- Select the a specific version of driver, sometimes the latest one is in beta stage.
Please install the graphic driver after it is downloaded, then open the emulator.
c) Try switching the render mode
Open Multi-MEmu and click on individual emulator settings.
Switch the render mode between OpenGL and DirectX, then start the emulator.
d) Virtualization Technology (VT) Must be Enabled
Read the article below to check if your VT has already enabled by default, or follow the necessary steps to enable it manually:
e) Disable Hyper-V
Press Windows logo key + X, then hit A to run Command Prompt as administrator. In Command Prompt window, type bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off and hit Enter key to execute this command.

Mobile Legends Patch 1.7.62 Update: New hero Novaria, Hero Adjustments and more
With the Patch 1.7.58 Update in the Original Server live two weeks back in the main server of Mobile Legends, it is time for the developers at MOONTON Games to introduce a new hero, Novaria in the Advanced Server. Other than the new hero, there will be some Hero Adjustments along with some extra Battlefield Adjustments. Let us break down the Patch 1.7.62 Update of Mobile Legends in detail. In the upcoming Season 28, developers will be launching a new Mythic system with a new rank and will be optimizing the Mythic Points system to the Stars system. Developers have also optimized the Placement Match experience, added Display Logos for Mythic ranks, and a new Mythic Rank Exclusive Skin Voting system. It is kind of similar to Yve’s second skill, but Novaria’s skill deals an extra 80% damage to minions. Skill 2 – Astral Recall (Burst, Buff) This is a very unique skill for Novaria, especially because this skill makes her a sniper, as we discussed earlier. This skill has two phases: first, it summons a sphere to her position (feels like Aamon’s skill 2), and in phase two, you can release it again in a designated direction to strike down the enemies, while at the same time, Nova can pass through walls. The first phase will deal 150 (+40% Total Magic Power)/180/210/240/270/300 amount of magic damage and then the second phase means when she launches the sphere within 2 seconds it will deal 300 (+80% Total Magic Power)/350/400/500/550 magic damage to enemies plus 200% extra damage based on the sphere’s travel time. It simply means that the longer it goes, the more damage it will deal to enemies. Ultimate Skill 3 – Astral Echo (Buff) This skill has a long-range effect as well. Basically, Nova shoots a beam-type thing known as Astral Chains in the designated direction, and this will lock the enemy and reveal nearby enemies’ positions while dealing 200 (+30% Total Magic Power)/250/300 magic damage. The special thing is that it increases the hitbox of the target by 50%. If you use the ultimate near your tower, then the tower will increase its shooting rage and hit the enemy automatically. Honkai: Star Rail on PC global release date seems to be April 26, 2023
A game’s release date not announced by the publishers is always in doubt for the fans waiting. Fans, however, can get some clues regarding the same whenever an upcoming game is listed on an app store. The same thing happened with Honkai: Star Rail when the iOS App Store listing recently revealed that the global release date for the game would be on the 26th of April, 2023. Download Honkai: Star Rail on PC The iOS app listing revealed the expected release date of Honkai: Star Rail Being the latest installment of the popular Honkai series from HoYoverse, Honkai: Star Rail’s development was in talks since 2021. Since then, the game has entered the beta test programs thrice with the first being in October 2021. The next came on May 2022, with the latest and final round of Closed Beta registrations opening on January 24th. This changed unofficially when the iOS App Store listing on February 9th revealed a date of April 26, 2023. This has made the fans excited, and are looking forward to the next two months passing by at the earliest. Although the release date can be considered viable, we believe this might change anytime. Since the game is still conducting beta tests and looking for potential bugs or additions, we can see this being delayed too. If the progress is faster and things go smoothly as expected, we can also see it being released at an earlier date. New State: Mobile February 2023 Update (0.9.44) Patch Notes
Krafton, developers behind the game of New State Mobile have introduced the newest February 2023 Update. After a whole lot of weapon balance changes in January 2023, the developers have introduced a new map Lagna, along with other weapon balance changes and other customisation updates. More updates have been introduced, which will be discovered as a part of the February 2023 Update in New State: Mobile. Lagna also introduces a new ride, the cable car. Weapons Balance Adjustments MK47 Mutant (C2) The C2 custom tracking bullet is added to the MK47 Mutant rifle. When players hit an enemy with a tracking bullet, the location of the enemy will be exposed for ten seconds. The location is shared with all squad mates, therefore, players can check the enemy’s site during the suggested time, even when the enemy takes cover. While customising the tracking bullets, the damage is increased. However, the disadvantage lies that players will not be able to use the magazine slot, and recoil control will decrease. Recoil motion on the screen The recoiling motion on the screen following the shooting is now being balanced in the game. The problem is that the recoiling motion on the screen was not appropriately applied when using S686, S1897, TommyGun, and P90 with 2x scope is fixed. Blue Zone damage increases as players do move away from the safe zone, making it difficult to survive outside the Blue Zone in the latter half of the phase. The limit on the maximum weight for a single purchase in the Drone Shop has been removed. When players spectate their teammates after they die in Battle Royale, the remaining time until they can use the Green Flare Gun is displayed. In addition, players can show their redeployment status to their team members. A button to request redeployment is added. One can now request redeployment to the teammates through a radio message. Players can now open the door while reloading. In training mode, infinite magazines are applied to all guns so that one can shoot infinitely without carrying ammo. In addition, regardless of any vehicle driven in training mode, no fuel is consumed. Therefore, one can drive all the way. Other updates The Drive/Get In/Door buttons are separated so that players can customize each one. When one does adjust the free look, vertical sensitivity has been changed to move at a lower rate than horizontal sensitivity, so that it shakes up and down less than before. Current and maximum frames are now displayed on the bottom right corner of the in-game screen. Sensitivity settings will be renamed from “Low/Medium/High” to “Medium/High/Very High“. The most latest event, “To Be Continued,” has just been revealed by the strategy mobile RPG Arknights. Honor of Kings will reportedly release on March 20, 2023, according to the store listing
There are many speculations regarding the release date of Honor of Kings, as most fans of the genre aren’t sure when the MOBA title might be arriving. However, the game was in the recent App Store listings, which gave info on the expected release date, which read 20th March 2023. However, we do not know whether the release date is for Brazil or globally. To clarify this matter, GamingonPhone has reached out to Level Infinite and will update you as and when we get a response. Supercell’s strategy title Clash Royale has come up with their Season 44 update titled Love and Magic this February 2023. Focusing on Valentine’s month, the theme is also named on that basis. With some new events and moments of magic coming, let us see what this update has in store for us, along with the discussion of the balance changes that are going to be live soon. It’ll be decorating the towers with the Arena itself being the focus with the Love and Magic theme. Decorated with pink with a sparkle of gold, the Love Potion looks very romantic. On the other hand, Magic Archer Tower skin comes with a jungle green color with a wood accent, which gives off game-in-the-wild vibes. Both the tower skins look amazing overall. Magic Archer event The sniping magician will be the focus of the event, with an amazing ability that will blow your head off. With the upcoming balance change to his Hit Speed, the makers see him to be used more often now. Hit Speed: -0.1sec (11% faster) Firecracker Due to the off timing of the shots she used to fire, it was frustrating. She doesn’t shoot sometimes even if there are enemies right in front of her. Hence a buff was needed. First Hit: -0.4sec (40% faster) Archers As mentioned by the makers, Archers are overshadowed by other ranged support cards, particularly Dart Goblin. To be more viable in the current meta, they are making them a viable anti-swarm Troop with decent DPS. Hit Speed: -0.2sec (18% faster) Goblin Giant Like the Monk, the use rates of Goblin Giant are low. Hence for a change, they are buffed as per elixir cost. Hit Speed: -0.2sec (12% faster) Knight (Buff) Knight has been losing out to other cards like Valkyrie and, to some extent, Royal Ghost. So a buff was needed to bring him back into the meta. To increase the Knight’s performance in 1v1s against similar cards, hitpoints have been increased. Tower of Fantasy announces Frigg and Saki Fuwa Re-run in Version 2.3
Tower of Fantasy is releasing a new update in version 2.3 called ‘Amidst Miasma’ which is launching on the 2nd of February. The new patch is a huge and content-filled update that will introduce a new map expansion called the Miasmic Swamp area and also continue the main storyline of the game. Along with new areas to explore and stories to complete, we will also see recurring Simulacrums, Frigg and Saki Fuwa getting re-run as soon as the new version update goes live in Tower of Fantasy. Fix Failed to start at the beginning:
- If you are using an old version of Windows for e.g Windows XP. The best possible solution is to upgrade your Windows to the latest version. Windows XP is not compatible with Memu because it is missing some library files.
- When your Windows is crashed and you have rebooted your computer and Memu is not working. The best solution for that is to install a new MEmu with Multi-MEmu.
- You should disable your Antivirus or firewall because sometimes some files are blocked by firewall or Antivirus.
- While installing Memu an unexpected error occurred and cause of that the installation is terminated. To avoid these type of situations, We would prefer portable MEmu.
Fix Stuck at 59% loading page:
- The best solution we have found so far is to upgrade your graphics drivers or graphics card. By any means, you cannot find your graphics driver online then you should try 3DChip Tool.
- You need to Disable hardware-assisted virtualization. Open your Antivirus->TroubleShoot->Uncheck hardware-assisted virtualization-> Reboot.
Fix Memu stuck at 99:
- If you are stuck on 99% loading page, simply restary your device, you need to wait for few minutes, now make sure you are running latest OS and hardware-assisted virtualization is enabled.
- Another best solution for that is to install a new MEmu with Multi-MEmu.
Fix Stuck at 100% loading page:
- This error mostly triggers because of Kaspersky, uninstall Kaspersky or install a new MEmu with Multi-MEmu.
Fix Stuck at Android Home with a popup of “MEmu is starting”:
- All you have to do is, Click on Windows Button, Open Run -> Type netsh Winsock reset -> Hit enter. Reboot your computer and you won’t be facing “MEmu is starting”.

Memu Stuck at 99 & 59 % on Windows 10 – Fix & Install Memu
MEmu stuck at 99% or after loading 59%; you don’t know what to do? Let me tell you, this is a common issue and there are some quick fixes for that. So, if you are facing this problem and you don’t know what to do, don’t sweat, don’t panic. Read this article, and you will be able to Fix the Memu Installation Stuck at 59 or 99% error on Windows 10.
Without further ado, let us begin!
Recheck the System Requirements
One of the primary problems is that of insufficient system resources. MEmu can be installed on computers with various system specifications. The installation will not be a problem even if you have low system resources. The problem comes when you try to use the application.
So, be wise, and before you take any significant step, check the system requirements for using MEmu.
MEmu Android Emulator Basic Requirements
The necessary system resources that you must have for running the MEmu emulator are:
- A CPU from AMD or Intel with X86 or X86_64 architecture.
- Operating System – Windows XP SP3, or Windows 7, or Windows 8/8.1, or Windows 10.
- DirectX 11 or Graphics Card that supports OpenGL 2.0.
- Your BIOS should support Hardware Virtualization Technology, and it should be enabled. In the case of Intel users, the technology goes by the name Intel VT-x. In the case of AMD uses, the technology goes by the name AMD-V.
- Your computer should have at least 2 GB of free space in HDD, or SSD, or a hybrid drive.
- In the case of RAM, your Windows PC should have at least 2 gigs of memory available.
MEmu Emulator Recommended Requirements
Though the basic requirements are quite minimal, the developers suggest that you use the following:
- CPU – Core i5-8400 or higher (or AMD equivalent).
- RAM – 16 GB.
- Operating System – Windows 10.
- Graphics – Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050.
In case your computer fulfills only the basic requirements, MEmu will not perform optimally and you can see that the Memu Android emulator is stuck at 99% of 59% from time to time. The best option here is to improve your laptop or desktop specifications.
Update Your Graphics Driver
This is the next most logical thing that you should do. An outdated graphics driver can lead to this very annoying problem. There is nothing to explain. Simply visit the vendor site of your graphics card and download the latest driver offered it. Install it and then run the MEmu emulator.
In case you are not sure which graphics card you have; you can check that using the steps below:
- Click on the search bar or the search icon your desktop taskbar and type in ‘Device Manager.’
- Click on the ‘Display Adapter’ option and it will show you the graphics card detail.
- Visit the vendor site and search for the latest driver for that card and download it.
Please remember that even though Windows 10 offers divers via periodic updates, the driver you get may not be the latest one. So, it is always better to go ahead and get the newest driver directly from the vendor.
Close Other Apps Running on MEmu
It is not uncommon for people to run multiple apps on the MEmu emulator (or any emulator as such). When you run too many apps running on your MEmu emulator along with other Windows applications, you can face the problem.
Do the following to see if the problem is resolved:
- Close all running programs on Windows 10 except MEmu.
- In case you have too many apps running on the MEmu emulator, close other apps that are not in use.
The problem may be caused by low system resources. Releasing system resources by closing unused programs and apps can release the vital resources for the MEmu emulator and help you to overcome the problem of MEmu stuck at 99% & 59%.
Juggle Between OpenGL and DirectX
The problem may be caused by the rendering mode that you have selected. If your MEmu emulator is already running, do the following:
- Open Multi-MEmu to see the list of all individual emulators that are running. Locate the one that is stuck at 99% or 59%.
- Click on that individual emulator’s settings option to open the settings panel.
- In the Engine tab of the settings panel, switch between Rendering Mode options that you have. If you have OpenGL selected, change it to DirectX and vice versa.
- Once you have made the switch, save the settings and close the window.
- Fix Gameloop Stuck error.
If the rendering mode was causing the problem, this move should solve your problem.
Enable Virtualization in BIOS
MEmu stuck at 99% and 59% is often the result of virtualization not being enabled in the BIOS. Remember, virtualization is a required parameter for successfully running and using MEmu. In order to enable virtualization in BIOS, follow the steps below.
Enabling Virtualization for Intel Users
- Restart your PC and on the screen where you see the manufacturer logo, press the designated button to enter the BIOS setup. It can be F12, F8, F2, Esc, Del, etc. depending on the BIOS manufacturer.
- Once you are in the BIOS setup window, use the keyboard’s right arrow key to navigate to the ‘Security’ tab.
- Use the down arrow key to select the option which reads ‘Virtualization’ and hit the enter key. A context menu will open.
- In the context menu, use the up-down arrow key to select ‘Enabled’ and hit the enter key.
- Press the F10 button to save the settings and exit BIOS.
Your system should now boot up to the desktop with virtualization enabled.
Enabling Virtualization for AMD Users
- Restart your PC and enter BIOS but pressing the designated key when you see the manufacturer logo on the screen.
- Once inside the BIOS, maneuver to the ‘Advanced’ tab using the arrow keys.
- Under the ‘Advanced’ tab, maneuver your way to the option which reads ‘Secure Virtual Machine Mode’ and hit enter to open the context menu.
- In the context menu, use the arrow keys to select ‘Enabled’ and hit the enter key.
- Press F10 to save the settings and exit the BIOS.
Once you have enabled virtualization, go back to MEmu and see if the problem still persists. If it is still there or if virtualization was already enabled, move on to the next method.
Create a New Emulator
If your MEmu is stuck at 99% & 59% and you are unable to figure out the reason, simply create a new emulator using Multi-MEmu. Proceed as per the steps mentioned below:
- Open the MEmu Multiple Instance Manager.
- On the Multi-MEmu window, click on the New button at the bottom of the window.
- Wait until a new emulator is created.
- Start the new emulator and start the application that you want to use.
Ideally, this should be able to resolve your problem. Unfortunately, if it doesn’t help, move on to the next method.
Temporarily Turn off Antivirus
Like it or not, sometimes, your antivirus program can be the real culprit. There are some antivirus programs that use hardware virtualization and hence, lead to conflict with MEmu. There are some other which are too strict with their firewall settings, thereby causing the annoying problem.
Kaspersky, Avast, and AVG are the top antivirus programs that are known for conflicts with MEmu. Disable the antivirus program that you are using for some time and see whether MEmu is functioning correctly. If yes, you may have to keep your antivirus program disabled while using MEmu. In order to disable your antivirus program, use the steps below:
- From your desktop taskbar, right-click on the system tray icon of your antivirus program.
- If you see the option of disabling the program, use it. If you have don’t have the choice, but you see the exit option, use it to disable your antivirus program altogether.
Now check back to see whether MEmu is showing the same problem or not. If the issue disappears, use MEmu by disabling your antivirus program. If the problem stays, move on to the next method.
Remember to turn on your antivirus program again to ensure that you keep getting the protection against threats from harmful programs like Malware, Spyware, etc.
Reinstall MEmu
This might not be an easy decision but, if none of the methods mentioned above worked for you, it might very well be the case of corrupted MEmu files.
Such corruption can happen for many reasons like:
- There was a power cut while installing MEmu.
- There was a new Windows update that caused a possible conflict and corrupted MEmu files.
- Maybe, a virus or malware program caused the issue.
- Maybe a third-party application that you installed after MEmu is causing the problem.
Whatever the case be, corrupted MEmu files can leave MEmu stuck at 99% and 59%. To rule out the possibility, uninstall MEmu completely. Leave no traces back. You may use a third-party program to do so, or you can do that on your own. I will always recommend not using any third program.
Some antivirus programs come with integrated app remover tools. If your antivirus program has that tool, you can always use it.
Once you have entirely removed MEmu, download a new installer file form the developer site and install it.
Reset Windows
I will be honest. This is not something I like to do. So, I will suggest that you keep this method as the last resort only if reinstalling MEmu has failed to get rid of the problem of MEmu stuck at 99% and 59%.
This is the last resort, and I call it a desperate measure for a desperate time!
Make sure that you remove your personal files (documents, videos, photos, software installer files, etc.) in an external drive before you reset your PC. Though you will have the option of retaining your data during reset, I will suggest a complete wipeout of everything. So, take backup.
Once you have the backup, follow the steps below:
- Click on the search icon or the search bar in the taskbar of your Windows PC and type in Reset this PC and hit enter.
- In the Recovery settings window under the ‘Reset this PC option,’ click on the Get Started button.
- On the popup, click on ‘Remove Everything’ and proceed as per the onscreen instructions.
This move will completely reset your Windows 10 PC and remove everything that you ever installed and a fresh copy of Windows 10 will be installed automatically.
Now, go ahead and restore all files from your external hard drive and install a fresh copy of MEmu. This will get rid of the problem of MEmu stuck at 99% and 59%.
