Средство устранения неполадок не может автоматически исправить все найденные ошибки.
и ваш ноутбук, вероятно, HP..
это часть предустановленного программного обеспечения HP, переустановите его самостоятельно, загрузив с веб-сайта, или, лучше, обратитесь за помощью в HP.
ASUS Keyboard Device Filter Utility что это такое?
Всем привет! Сегодня будем разбираться с такой штукой как ASUS Keyboard Device Filter Utility — сейчас найду инфу что это и напишу вам. И вот что я смог узнать — ASUS Keyboard Device Filter Utility это оказывается драйвер для клавиатуры. Значит он необязательный к установке, комбинации кнопок в сочетании с Fn будут и так работать, без драйвера. Но вот при переустановке винды или еще при каких-то ситуациях, ну например сбой какой-то, то могут быть траблы с кнопкой Fn, то есть она может не работать. Вот в таком случае Асус и советует ставить драйвер ASUS Keyboard Device Filter Utility.
Значит ребята, я лично сделал такой вывод, что этот драйвер стоит ставить. Кушать он не просит и работе не мешает, а вот от какого-то глюка с клавой спасти может. Так что не стоит его удалять, а если его нет, то желательно его поставить
Хотя честно говоря, сначала я подумал что ASUS Keyboard Device Filter Utility — это какая-то утилита для фильтрации ввода с клавиатуры…
Если драйвер стоит, то в диспетчере устройств клавиатура будет называться Keyboard Device Filter:

Кстати драйвер идет в комплекте ASUS ATK Package, это такой себе фирменный комплект утилит.
Help, Mouse_Filter_01
I have HP desktop. I tried to Google this one but there is not much information out there… Someone did say something about it’s HP driver thing? My mind would get peace if someone could help to identify what that is… thanks!
!TLDR!; I did remove all the ASUS ROG mouse related drivers (oem21.inf and oem80.inf both was named rogms.inf) from Device Manager and that solved the problem (I don't have an Asus ROG mouse).
Now the Mouse_Filter_01 is gone. It is not shown in the hidden devices nor in the devices list. Thank you all who participated in this weird-ish case. And hopefully this thread helps to someone who might struggle with this problem.
Open C:\Windows\INF\setupapi.dev.log and search for Mouse_Filter_01.
Scroll up until you find ">>> [Device Install ". Then scroll down until you find "<<< Section end". Copy everything between those sections.
Paste that info here and someone may be able to help you figure out where this came from.
Thanks dude! I founded in setupapi.dev.log that always when I delete the Mouse_Filter_01, there are two Microsoft.GamingServices drivers that installs itself right away back (gamflt.inf) and its description is "Game mini-filter driver" an Group "FSFilter Activity Monitor" AND xvdd.inf.
Anycase, I went to the Device Manager and explored the drivers list. I saw that there are some Asus ROG Mouse devices in the list (I don't have ROG mouse, but what I've read, the Asus Armoury software can be real pain in the ass. Maybe it installed some Mouse drivers also when I plugged the ROG keyboard first time.) Don't know.

When i troubleshoot the Keyboard_Filter_01 it says «The driver for Keyboard_Filter_01 is not installed. Install the latest driver for the device» and it started to troubleshoot the next step it says «Keyboard_Filter_01 doesn’t have a driver Not Fixed»

Hi jfeinste. Does your mouse still work? You should be able to complete the operation with the mouse alone. If you do require keyboard input at any point, you can use the On-Screen Keyboard.

I am using the On-Screen keyboard, and was able to find the link to the HP Quick Launch (not through a search in ‘Downloads’ or a global search) but in the Troubleshooting guide after I entered my product type, but I still don’t have any ability to use my keyboard. Do you have any other suggestions? I was on Vista Home Premium, lost keyboard ability, upgraded to Windows 7, and still no keyboard ability. My system tells me I have the latest driver. Thanks.

Keyboards are fairly standardized devices and will always offer a generic driver. If the device manager doesn’t have any errors on the keyboard, HID Devices, or USB (if it is a USB keyboard) then it might be a physical problem. If this is not a notebook, can you try a different keyboard?
Check your device manager for any errors. If there are any error codes, let me know what devices have them. You can always right click on any devices with errors to remove them and reboot to see if it detects it properly.

So, you had the problem before you upgraded the operating system to Windows 7? That’s not a good sign. Generally, the keyboard filter driver shouldn’t prevent the keyboard from working. it only adds the features for the function keys.
If the keyboard doesn’t work, you need to troubleshoot it.
Shut down the computer, remove the battery and the AC adapter and let it sit without power for a minute. Once the power has drained, reinsert the battery and plug the AC adapter in and see if the keyboard is functional.
If it’s still not functional, boot into Safe Mode and see if the keyboard works there.
